However, unforeseen circumstances can happen to anyone, which is why we have established this cancellation policy for the following reasons:

  • Ensuring Fairness: If cancellations are made in advance, other clients have the opportunity to use that time slot. This ensures everyone has a fair chance to schedule their training sessions.

  • Respecting Trainers' Time: Our trainers set aside specific times for your sessions. Unforeseen cancellations can waste their efforts and time, which we aim to avoid.

  • Flexible Rescheduling: Having a cancellation policy allows us to provide more flexible rescheduling options while minimizing the impact on other clients in the event of an urgent cancellation.

Reservation cancellation deadline

All service bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of the session, any cancellations or rescheduling after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation Fee

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the session starting date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the booked service.

Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the payment method you have on file when booking.

 

Lateness and Absence without Permission (No-Show)

If a user fails to show up for a scheduled session (no show), the full session fee will be charged.

Being more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full session fee.

If you are more than 10 minutes late your session may be shortened.

 

Changes to reservations

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Changes can be made through the app or website. If changes are made within 24 hours, cancellation fees will apply to the original booking.

 

Cancellation due to emergency

Cancellations due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control (illness, family emergency, etc.) may be waived, taking into consideration the individual circumstances. In such cases, you should contact the Gym as soon as possible and explain the specific circumstances.

 

Special Events

Special events, workshops, etc. may have different cancellation policies than our standard sessions. The specific cancellation policy will be clearly indicated when booking such events.
