キャンセルポリシー
As a general rule, cancellations made on the day of the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount. For customers using a package ticket, one session will be deducted. No cancellation fee will be charged only in cases of unavoidable same-day cancellations due to severe weather, disruptions to public transportation, bereavement, or similar circumstances. No cancellation fee will be charged if you contact us to make changes at least 24 hours in advance. Please be sure to notify us of any cancellation by E-mail or SMS, not by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
