50min Training

We provide customized training plans tailored to individual fitness goals, aimed at improving strength and endurance. The plan combines exercises using free weights, machines, and body weight. Suitable for participants of all levels, it is an effective training session that promotes physical conditioning, muscle building, and fat burning.
50min Pilates

We aim to strengthen the core, and improve body harmony and balance. Using specialized Reformer equipment facilitates precise movements and deep muscle engagement, enhancing flexibility and strength simultaneously. All movements are closely linked with breathing, supporting both mental and physical well-being.
50min Stretch

The goal is to improve flexibility and relieve muscle tension, particularly by incorporating red light therapy to enhance muscle recovery and reduce inflammation. During the session, both static and dynamic stretches are performed to increase joint mobility and support overall body recovery.
