Terms of Service (Gym Usage Terms)
Article 1: Scope and Definitions
These Terms apply to all services provided by Re:VORN Personal Training Gym ("the Gym"). "Services" include personal training, reformer Pilates, and red light therapy-assisted stretching. All services are available by advance reservation only and must be booked via our official mobile app.
Article 2: Service Descriptions

Personal Training: Tailored one-on-one fitness programs to help clients achieve individual goals.

Reformer Pilates: Core strengthening and body alignment using a reformer machine.

Red Light Therapy Stretching: Enhanced muscle recovery and tension relief using red light therapy.
Article 3: Reservations and Cancellation
Reservations must be made via the app. Cancellations are free up to 20 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 20 hours or no-shows will be fully charged. Emergency cancellations may be considered case-by-case.
Article 4: Registration and Account Management
Users must register through the app and provide accurate information, including name, contact info, and basic health status. Clients are responsible for updating and securing their login information.
Article 5: Fees and Payment Terms

Each service has a unique fee, listed on the app and website.

All payments must be made in advance via credit or debit card.

Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Cancellations within 20 hours are non-refundable.
Article 6: Facility Use and Conduct
Clients are responsible for proper use of equipment and facilities. Misuse or damage may result in liability. Smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, loud behavior, and unauthorized modifications are prohibited.
Article 7: Risks and Liability Disclaimer
Clients understand that fitness activity involves physical risk. The Gym is not liable for injuries unless due to gross negligence. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical restrictions.
Article 8: Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is collected with explicit consent and used solely for service delivery, client care, notifications, and emergencies. No data is shared with third parties. Clients may opt out of SMS at any time.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
Logos, training programs, and all published content are property of Re:VORN LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial distribution is prohibited.
Article 10: Policy Changes and Notifications
These Terms may be updated. Changes will be posted at least 7 days in advance on our website/app. Notifications may be sent via email or app notifications.
Article 11: Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt mediation. If unresolved, legal action will be handled by the courts in the jurisdiction of the Gym's location.
Article 12: Other Provisions
Unauthorized commercial activity, harassment, or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited. The Gym is not responsible for disputes between users unless caused by the Gym’s services
