The 50-minute Pilates 

In the Pilates Reformer class, we use a specialized Reformer machine to strengthen the core while improving overall balance and flexibility. The class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, with customized programs tailored to individual fitness levels and goals.

Each session begins with a fitness assessment and goal setting, followed by guided instruction on proper posture, breathing techniques, and effective muscle engagement.

Experience the ultimate combination of cutting-edge light therapy and assisted stretching, designed to enhance muscle recovery, reduce fatigue, and improve joint flexibility. Discover the benefits of red light therapy, a technique used by professional athletes and dancers to optimize performance and recovery.

Each session begins with an assessment of your body's condition, followed by customized stretching tailored to your individual needs. The deep-penetrating light stimulates blood circulation, promoting muscle and joint repair and recovery.

Our approach integrates both static and dynamic stretching, utilizing the VibraCussor and red light therapy to maximize flexibility and overall performance.

With this innovative stretching program, you’ll feel your body recover faster, move more efficiently, and perform better in daily life.

For session packages, a same-day cancellation will result in the deduction of one session from your package.

If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Łukasz Zięba

Current Dancer at the Metropolitan Opera Company

Łukasz Zięba, originally from Kraków, Poland, trained and competent professionally in gymnastics for ten years, eventually becoming a Junior National Team Member of Poland. He later found passion in dance and fully dedicated to training in contemporary forms of movement. Łukasz won the World Cup of Dance in Austria in 2012 and moved to New York shortly after to pursue his career. He has performed with The Metropolitan Opera since 2014 and freelancing in New York City since 2012. He also teaches gymnastics and dance locally in NYC and as a guest teacher internationally. His professional achievements were recognized on multiple occasions, such as receiving awards and scholarships from several institutions in Poland and the USA.

 

With his vast background in gymnastics, dance, martial arts, soccer, and meditation, he has developed unique training methods focusing on functional strength and power while increasing mobility and flexibility. This method provides balanced body growth and develops versatility and confidence in physical activity and movement.

Łukasz achieved an impressive second place in Poland's popular dance audition show "So You Think You Can Dance" and later had great success as a guest choreographer on the same show. Additionally, he has choreographed numerous commercials, earning high praise in the industry for his creativity and technical skill.

Mia Li

Current Dancer at the Metropolitan Opera Company

Mia Li, a native of Taiwan, received her training at The Boston Conservatory with a full scholarship double majoring in ballet and modern dance. She was the leading solo performance in a Martha Graham production and was hailed as “sprightly an articulate” in The Boston Global (The Boston Global ).

Her debut performance with Ballet Hispanico blew the audience away and she was featured in the NY Times and described as “moving seamlessly from nightclub apache dancing to a tender ballet duet” (The New York Times). In the article, “Who Will Fill Natalia’s Shoes?,” Ms. Li is featured as one of Ballet Hispanico’s young talents who has the potential to rise to the top of the dance world (Dance Magazine). Throughout her time with the company, Ms. Li has performed in many parts of the world and played leading roles in many of the company’s productions and has been honored to be featured in Ballet-Dance Magazine in 2009, on the front cover of Dance Magazine in 2010, and then again in a personal interview in 2012.

Ms. Li has also been very active in various dance arenas, while appointed guest faculty for the Chinese Folk Art Workshop in Boston and was also recently invited to teach in the Barbados Dance Project 2014. Ms. Li currently is performing at The Metropolitan Opera and has been in various roles in 15 shows. 

In 2021, Ms. Li was invited to part of the dance crew in the widely popular musical “In the Heights” by Lin-Manuel Miranda which won 4 out of 13 nominated Tony Awards.

Reni is a highly accomplished trainer and performance artist with a unique background in movement, fitness, and entertainment. Originally from Japan, she holds the prestigious EB-1 (E16) Green Card, awarded to individuals with extraordinary ability in the arts-a testament to her recognized talent and dedication.

With years of experience studying the Tracy Anderson Method, Reni has refined her approach to body sculpting, blending artistic movement with targeted training techniques. She has worked as a personal trainer for several high-profile American celebrities, helping them achieve lean, strong, and balanced physiques.

Reni's lifelong background in dance and performance fuels her dynamic and motivating training style. Her expertise spans choreography, singing, acting, directing, and comedy, bringing an energetic and engaging experience to every session. This multifaceted approach not only inspires her clients but also helps them stay consistent and excited about their progress.

Specializing in ageless body transformation, Reni designs custom programs that support each client's unique goals— whether it's postnatal recovery, muscle definition, or sustainable, full-body wellness. She understands the importance of enjoying life and food, and her training philosophy reflects that: balance, joy, and real results.

Mayu Yamashita

Performance-Based Body Designer

Mayu Yamashita is a dancer and performer based in New York City, originally from Tokyo, Japan. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sophia University, she moved to New York to pursue formal dance training and completed the International Independent Study (IIS) Program at Steps on Broadway.

Dedicated to building her career in New York, she has performed at renowned venues such as Lincoln Center, the United Nations Headquarters, Rockefeller Center, and the Beacon Theatre, as well as on international stages. She has collaborated with a wide range of choreographers, including Richard Pierlon, Max Stone, Al Blackstone, Abraham Lulu, Ehizoje Azeke, Katie Drablos, Angel Kaba, Jiemin Yang, and Yako Miyamoto.

In recent years, Mayu has expanded her work beyond performance to include roles as an educator and trainer. Drawing on her extensive background in jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and modern dance, she offers movement training tailored to each individual's body and needs. Her approach emphasizes somatic awareness, helping clients deepen their connection with their own physicality throughout the learning process.
