Re:VORN Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellation Window
All service cancellations or changes must be made at least 20 hours before the scheduled session. After this period, a cancellation fee applies.
2. Cancellation Fee

100% of the session fee will be charged for cancellations made within 20 hours.

The fee is automatically processed via the payment method on file.
3. No-shows and Late Arrivals

No-shows are charged 100%.

More than 15 minutes late = considered a no-show.

More than 10 minutes late = session may be shortened.
4. Session Modifications
Changes must be made 20 hours in advance via the app or website. Within 20 hours, the original session is subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Emergency Situations
In cases of illness, family emergency, or force majeure, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion. Clients must contact us promptly to explain the situation.
6. Special Events and Workshops
Different cancellation rules may apply to special events. These will be clearly stated at time of booking.
