Kentaro Kikuchi is a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor with over 18 years of coaching experience. He studied Sports Science at Juntendo University and has a background as a former Japanese national representative in Gymnastic Aerobics.

Kentaro is also a current professional dancer with The Metropolitan Opera. His coaching combines exercise science, high-level athletic experience, and the refined body awareness developed through years of professional stage performance.

His sessions focus on helping each client move better, build strength, improve posture, and develop a body that feels more balanced and functional in daily life. Rather than simply pushing intensity, Kentaro emphasizes proper form, breathing, alignment, and sustainable progress.

Mia Li is a professional dancer and Pilates instructor with an extensive background in ballet, modern dance, and stage performance. Originally from Taiwan, she trained at The Boston Conservatory on a full scholarship, where she studied both ballet and modern dance.

Throughout her career, Mia has performed with Ballet Hispánico, The Metropolitan Opera, and in a wide range of productions across the United States and internationally. Her stage experience includes leading roles, featured performances, and appearances in major publications such as The New York Times, Dance Magazine, and Ballet-Dance Magazine.

Mia’s teaching is shaped by years of professional performance and a deep understanding of movement, alignment, and body control. Her sessions focus on helping clients move with more awareness, improve posture, build strength, and develop a more balanced and graceful body.

Rather than simply focusing on intensity, Mia brings a precise, thoughtful, and supportive approach to each session. She is especially helpful for clients who want to improve posture, flexibility, core strength, and overall movement quality through Pilates-based training.

Her performance credits include numerous productions at The Metropolitan Opera, as well as the 2021 Broadway production of In the Heights by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Quinton Guthier is a full apparatus-certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with over a decade of teaching and performance experience in New York City. He received his Pilates certification from The Lab in DUMBO, where he trained to teach both mat Pilates and all Pilates apparatus.

Since 2016, Quinton has taught private sessions and group classes throughout NYC, with experience at Moving Strength, Equinox, and Core Culture. He works with a wide range of clients, from beginners to advanced movers, and tailors each session to the client’s goals, physical needs, and level of experience.

His teaching background includes Reformer, Jump Board, Tower, Chair, Stretch & Recovery, Balance & Strength, and circuit-style classes. Quinton has also completed continuing education in pre- and postnatal Pilates, as well as movement work for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, MS, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Quinton’s teaching style is grounded in a deep anatomical understanding of the body. His goal is to help clients better understand how their bodies move, so they can build strength, improve mobility, move with more confidence, and feel better in daily life.

In addition to his Pilates and fitness background, Quinton is a professional dancer currently performing with The Metropolitan Opera. He graduated Cum Laude from the Fordham University and Alvin Ailey School BFA in Dance program, and his performance credits include Carolyn Dorfman Dance, Mark Morris, and Taylor 2.

At Re:VORN, Quinton brings together Pilates, fitness training, and professional dance experience to create thoughtful, supportive, and highly personalized sessions for each client.

ACE-Certified Personal Trainer

Miku is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, where she specialized in Strength & Conditioning.

In addition to her academic background, Miku has experience competing in bodybuilding. She combines evidence-based exercise science with real-world training experience to create safe, effective, and personalized sessions for each client.

Her coaching focuses on proper form, movement quality, and choosing the right level of exercise for each individual. Whether the goal is weight loss, body recomposition, strength building, posture improvement, or getting back into a consistent routine, Miku helps clients train with structure and confidence.

While her competition background reflects a serious commitment to training, her coaching style is attentive, supportive, and approachable. She is a great fit for beginners, clients returning to exercise after a long break, and anyone who wants to build a stronger, healthier body through a sustainable and well-guided approach.

Reni is a trainer and performance artist with a background spanning dance, fitness, and entertainment.

She is originally from Japan. Through years of studying the Tracy Anderson Method, she has developed her own approach to body sculpting, combining artistic movement with targeted training technique.

Her teaching is grounded in extensive stage experience across choreography, singing, acting, directing, and comedy. That range makes her sessions engaging and energetic, which helps clients stay consistent over time.

Reni specializes in ageless body transformation. She designs individual programs around each client's goals, whether that means postnatal conditioning, muscle definition, reshaping, or building habits that last.

Mayu Yamashita

Performance-Based Body Designer

Mayu Yamashita is a New York City–based dancer, performer, and movement instructor originally from Tokyo, Japan. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sophia University, she moved to New York to pursue formal dance training and completed the International Independent Study Program at Steps on Broadway.

Mayu has performed at renowned venues such as Lincoln Center, the United Nations Headquarters, Rockefeller Center, the Beacon Theatre, and various international stages. Her performance background includes jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and modern dance, giving her a versatile and expressive understanding of movement.

As an instructor, Mayu brings her professional dance experience into a thoughtful and personalized approach to movement training. Her sessions focus on helping clients develop body awareness, improve coordination, build confidence in movement, and reconnect with their own physicality.

Rather than simply teaching steps or exercises, Mayu helps each client move in a way that feels natural, expressive, and aligned with their individual body. Her approach is especially helpful for those who want to improve rhythm, mobility, posture, coordination, and overall movement quality in a supportive and encouraging environment.
