Absolutely. In fact, beginners often see changes more quickly. We guide you through each movement carefully, step by step, so you can feel comfortable and confident.
What languages are available for instruction?
We offer sessions in Japanese, English and Chinese.
What should I wear?
Any comfortable clothing you can move in is perfectly fine. If specific shoes are needed, we will let you know in advance.
